The Civic Party will attend a special event this weekend as part of York’s St George’s day commemorations.
On Saturday 25 April at 2pm in St Helen’s Square, the Lord Mayor will show his support, from the steps of the Mansion House, to friends and neighbours from St Helen’s Church who will be hosting a ‘George and the Dragon’ event for residents and visitors.
The event will see a performance of George and the Dragon as you’ve never seen it before with a mix of music, dancing and the chance for audience participation.
