Flowetic is a dynamic class which combines choreographed dance sequences that repeat and build, toning and strengthening exercises and stretching and relaxation elements – fitness and well being for the body and mind. Taught in an easy to follow way, no previous dance training is necessary, but youmust be in a good state of physical health. The class includes elements of contemporary dance, ballet and lyrical jazz, amongst others and you learn while you move.

This course is for adults of all ages, sizes and ability levels. If you love music and dance then this is the course for you!

What should I wear on my feet?  – Most people tend to dance in bare feet for this type of class.  By working in bare feet you should feel much more grounded and will intuitively be much more mindful of your ankles, knees and joints. If you would prefer to wear shoes, we recommend wearing ballet pumps or soft soled (ball of the foot) contemporary shoes that allow for full movement of the feet and ankles. Trainers are not suitable footwear for this class.

What to bring with you.  Bring a mat on which you can tone, stretch and relax, water, and a towel to dry off with.
